Job Description
The IT Help Desk Technician assists in managing the ticketing system, MDM software, and AWS platform, overseeing onboarding/offboarding IT activities. Responsibilities include researching user issues, developing MDM automation, collaborating with teams, managing IT activities, creating Exchange rules, responding to user requests, updating documentation, and participating in an OnCall schedule. The role requires 2+ years of Help Desk experience, customer-oriented problem resolution, and experience with Jira Service Desk and Office 365 suite.
