Associate, Talent, Finance + Operations (TFO)

About the Role:

• We are seeking an Associate to manage day-to-day finance, talent, and internal culture operations.
• This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and ensures smooth operational execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, credit card program, and donor deposit reconciliation.
• Support hiring logistics, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Draft internal communications, coordinate events, and support culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of professional experience with exposure to accounting or HR operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to DEIJ.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $35.77-$38.80, with a competitive benefits package.
• Includes 4 weeks paid vacation, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer contribution, and paid parental leave.
