About the Role:
- This senior individual-contributor role accelerates growth through corporate development, market intelligence, and strategic expansion in agtech.
- You will evaluate M&A, partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entry while working with executive stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage the corporate development pipeline, including acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
- Build financial models, market sizing, and competitive intelligence to support expansion decisions.
- Translate market research into actionable briefs for marketing, sales, and product teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, or venture capital, ideally in AgTech or SaaS.
- Strong financial and analytical modeling skills, with expertise in valuation and market-sizing.
