Role Overview:
- Accountable for operations readiness across workflows and strategic product launches.
- Ensure transactability for innovation by working with Product, Legal, Compliance, Revenue, and Sales Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NPI & GTM readiness, optimizing processes for new business models.
- Manage KPIs and drive cross-functional action plans for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Experienced leader with strong program/project management and people leadership.
- Proven experience in launching SaaS offers and understanding lead-to-cash processes.
- Highly analytical and process-oriented with excellent communication skills.
