Job Description
Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include supporting lead generation and management. Responsibilities include identification and qualification of potential customers through various channels while building a relationship to understand and meet clientsβ needs. A key objective is working with business development and account managers to drive to sales targets, following up on leads, participating in lead generation strategies like cold calling, researching potential leads, and developing sales opportunities.
Further develop accounts by checking customerβs buying history, suggesting related items, and explaining technical features. Proactively follow up with customers, maintain a customer contact log, and track performance/sales metrics. Input data in the company CRM and participate in trade shows.
