- Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles.
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner to GTM leadership.
- Design, improve, and document GTM recruiting processes.

- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
- Proven success leading full-cycle GTM recruiting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
