What you will do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner to GTM leadership.
  • Design, improve, and document GTM recruiting processes.

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
  • Proven success leading full-cycle GTM recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
