Senior Associate, HR Business Partner

Partner with the business in all people matters to gain a deep understanding of the business. Consult with senior leaders to drive change, improve organizational effectiveness, identify development areas, and implement people strategies. Partner with leaders on performance management to identify trends. Drive plans to resolve complex issues in training, compensation, staffing, and employee relations, ensuring fairness and legal compliance. Serve as HR generalist support to the Human Resources team, collaborating with the HR Strategy Leader on functional implementation. Analyze internal operations, identify areas for continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improvements. Leverage HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends, forecast talent needs, and inform strategic decision-making. Partner with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights. Apply analytics to streamline HR operations and improve data quality.
