Job Description

This role involves consulting with corporations on their digital transformation journey by implementing ServiceNowโ€™s Employee Service Management Solutions, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace/Facility Service Delivery (WSD) solutions. As an SME within ServiceNow Expert Services, you will provide expert advisory services and build strong executive client relationships within strategic programs or projects. Responsibilities include serving as the primary executive point of contact, guiding clients in defining their ServiceNow strategy, understanding customer requirements, aligning them with ServiceNow Expert Services, and ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives. You will also align clients to defined roadmaps, report progress, and manage stakeholders while defining technical and functional solutions aligned with business problems and best practices. Additionally, you will liaise between clients and ServiceNow, collaborate with the ServiceNow Expert Services Team, build advisory relationships, optimize service management processes, and stay abreast of industry trends. You will also lead learning events, mentor team members, and support sales activities.
