Lead the Regional Branch Operations Teams and report to the Vice President of Field Operations. Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports within the regional branches. Design, develop, and implement plans, processes, systems, and methodologies for improving Field Operations performance including the areas of customer service, growth, quality, and operational productivity. Additionally, this position will be responsible for monitoring the progress on regional/branch customer centric KPI's and SLA's. Work closely with sales, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and customer service departments.
Develop, define, communicate, and execute the regional construction/service business plan in concert with Sales/Finance. Meet or exceed regional installation/service goals including customer completion, utilization, incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratio, margin rates etc. Cultivate an environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction while meeting/exceeding regional targets. Form high performing teams and lead regional efforts to source, hire, train and develop talent.
