Head of Event Technology

Responsibilities:

• Set the multi-year vision and strategy for the event technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
• Lead a team of senior managers and agency partners, providing direction and coaching for high performance.

Operations and Compliance:

• Direct the global event technology roadmap, including vendor strategy and internal build/buy decisions.
• Architect data pipelines and integrations with key systems like Salesforce for accurate reporting and personalization.
• Define and uphold privacy and security standards across all platforms, operationalizing global regulations like GDPR.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

• Oversee end-to-end onsite and hybrid technology operations for flagship events, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
• Lead relationships with agencies and technology vendors, managing contracts, performance, and cost optimization.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and other functions on strategy and roadmap priorities.
