About the Role:

  • Support all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to business reviews.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-starter with project management skills combined with customer success expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver data-driven quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze customer engagement and platform usage regularly.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure they maximize their readiness potential.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Partnership management, and/or project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Experience with and/or proven passion for learning and educational software.
