Job Description
About the Role:
- Support all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to business reviews.
- Requires strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-starter with project management skills combined with customer success expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver data-driven quarterly business reviews.
- Analyze customer engagement and platform usage regularly.
- Proactively engage customers to ensure they maximize their readiness potential.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Partnership management, and/or project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Experience with and/or proven passion for learning and educational software.
