  • Identify user pain points.

Process Design & Mapping:

  • Analyze current state processes.
  • Design future state service delivery models.
  • Document process flows and governance models.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and communicate project progress.
  • Conduct "show and tell" sessions to review solutions.
