Job Description
The Bariatric Sales Manager plays a crucial role in expanding the use of the da Vinci system.
- Drives the identification and adoption of new bariatric procedures.
- Partners with sales leadership to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders.
- Coaches and trains local sales representatives on selling to specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships with bariatric surgeons in designated programs.
- Develop bariatric references with clinical and economic impact.
- Drive fellowship training initiatives to develop autonomous surgeons.
Strategic Market Development:
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders in Bariatric Surgery to establish regional Case Observation sites & Epicenters.
- Conduct strategic market development activities, such as MSA RIPs and blitz activities.
- Serve as the market intelligence liaison for marketing and training teams.
