Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Karbon, you'll be responsible for your own portfolio of customers and develop a quarterly success strategy, focusing on identifying churn risks and maximising revenue. You'll build strong, empathetic relationships with your customers, understanding their challenges and driving value through Karbonβs solutions, becoming a subject matter expert in the Invoicing & Payments product. Proactively promote adoption, manage customer renewals, and stay up-to-date with Karbonβs Product Roadmap. Monitor customer health and usage metrics, provide feedback to Product, Sales, and Support. Key performance metrics will include Retention and Expansion. The role is based in the UK, and comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to customer sites (5-10% of your time).
