Senior Director, Leadership & Manager Development

ServiceNow is seeking a visionary and transformational Senior Director of Manager & Leader Development to boldly reimagine and scale our global leadership learning strategy across all functions, including Sales leadership. You will own the enterprise-wide manager and leader development program, including sales leadership, anchored in an innovative and unified leadership model. You will lead programs that are AI-native, innovative, and personalized, delivering measurable impact while reinforcing ServiceNow’s values and leadership principles.
