Your Tasks:
- Strategically influence and develop existing TCP customer business to increase value added and sales.
- Advise customers on first-time use and ongoing optimization of cloud usage, driving consumption and upselling.
- Proactively analyze and manage TCP customers to avoid churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Profile:
- Certifications: OTC Practitioner or comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certification.
- Experience in cloud and IT architecture, AI, sales and business development.
- Fluent German and English, high resilience and adaptability.
