Overview:
- Seeking a Lead SDET to provide end-to-end technical governance across all QA layers for a complex onboarding platform.
- This role owns API contract testing architecture and data modeling of entity relationships, ensuring independent verification at every layer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce QA delivery standards, evidence requirements, review processes, and quality gates.
- Review frontend constraint dictionaries, API schema reconstructions, and test architecture decisions for technical quality.
- Compile evidence dossiers, resolve cross-layer discrepancies, and prepare technical handoff packages for client stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in QA leadership across frontend, middleware, and backend testing layers.
- Expertise in API contract testing, data modeling, and layered system architecture.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring SDETs and QA Analysts.
