Licensing Operations Coordinator

Accountabilities:

• Prepare and submit game and marketing assets for external licensor approval, ensuring all required information and materials are complete and accurate.
• Maintain detailed submission trackers, approval records, documentation, and status updates throughout the review lifecycle.
• Monitor review progress, follow up on outstanding approvals, and help keep submissions moving according to established timelines.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in production, project coordination, creative operations, licensing, advertising, entertainment, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and instructions to diverse audiences.
