What you'll own:

Own three partnership ecosystems end to end: HR tech platforms, AI platforms, and productivity surfaces.
Move from surface-level syncs to native, embedded integrations.
Structure commercial models behind each partnership and build the function as it scales.

What we're looking for:

12+ years in strategic technology partnerships with 5+ leading the function or owning a partnership P&L.
A track record signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies.
Real fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations and working knowledge of the AI ecosystem.

This is one of the most consequential commercial bets PI makes in the next three years.
It needs a dedicated senior owner to drive the strategy through signed deal through live integration.
