Senior Partner Solutions Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for new partners, including content ingestion, widget configuration, and prompt tuning.
• Serve as first responder for partner-reported issues, reproducing bugs and resolving independently when possible.
• Build and maintain internal documentation for partner configurations, onboarding processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical fluency with APIs, console logs, and widget implementations; ability to triage bugs before escalating.
• Strong partner-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of generative AI and how configuration influences AI outputs.
