As an SMB Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB accounts (companies typically under 1,000 employees). Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads. Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and showcase the value of Torch’s solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and high-quality experience. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce). Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on trends, objections, and opportunities in the SMB market.
