Senior Product Manager - Integration Platform

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the strategy for the Integration Platform to hyper-accelerate building and scaling integrations across all partner types.
• Design core capabilities like connector frameworks and business-process orchestration to turn bespoke efforts into fast, repeatable deployments.
• Prioritize corporate-customer integration surfaces to enable faster enterprise sales cycles and onboarding.

Platform Development:

• Build an operational UI for integration health monitoring and create a commercial-grade developer experience with documentation and sandbox environments.
• Establish a library of configurable connectors to eliminate repetitive engineering work for new integrations.
• Partner with product teams to understand integration backlogs and ensure the platform unblocks their highest-priority requests.

Execution and Measurement:

• Drive the migration of existing integrations, using each as an opportunity to prove the platform's acceleration capabilities.
• Obsess over time-to-integrate as the north-star metric, alongside reliability, adoption, and partner satisfaction.
• Tell a compelling story using research and data to evangelize the roadmap internally and with key partners.
