Role Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, audience segmentation, budget pacing, and quality assurance.
- Build reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to marketing stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creative, copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Required: 3+ years in performance or digital marketing, with hands-on experience in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data, funnel metrics, and attribution reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values curiosity and empathy.
