About the Role:
- We are seeking a Sr. Events Coordinator to bring our brand to life through exceptional event experiences.
- You will plan, coordinate, and execute events including customer events, hackathons, and trainings.
- This role is part planner, part operator, thriving on organization and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Build project plans, manage vendors, track budgets, and ensure flawless execution.
- Coordinate event staffing, shipping, setup, execution, and teardown.
- Serve as the on-the-ground point of contact, solving problems before anyone notices.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of corporate event planning experience, ideally with government or military events.
- Strong project management and communication skills with a bias toward action.
- A genuine interest in our mission to get software to warfighters.
