- Advise on best practices for loyalty programs.
Required Skills:
- Experience in loyalty programs or CRM.
- Mastery of guest engagement strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution configurations.
What you'll do:
- Facilitate discovery sessions and strategy workshops.
- Educate clients on best practices in loyalty program design.
- Support clients during program launch and post-launch optimization.
