Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Structure diagnostics, hypotheses, and strategic analyses related to growth, efficiency, and productivity.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate business opportunities and identify key improvement levers.
Requirements:
- Experience conducting strategic analyses related to customer acquisition, retention, sales operations, and/or customer success.
- Experience working with SaaS business metrics such as MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Payback, and other recurring revenue indicators.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex challenges into structured analyses.
