Accountabilities:
- Lead and support strategic staffing initiatives by coordinating project assignments, transitions, and workforce planning across multiple teams.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to align staffing decisions with operational priorities, utilization goals, and employee development plans.
- Facilitate staffing meetings, prepare leadership communications, and ensure clear documentation of staffing decisions and action items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in staffing or workforce operations within a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring utilization, headcount planning, and operational KPIs.
- Proven ability to develop strategic staffing recommendations and work closely with senior executives.
