About This Role:

  • Build and lead the operational engine behind the national clinician network at the intersection of commercial growth and clinical delivery.
  • Own capacity planning strategy that translates rapid demand into predictive clinician staffing models.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of clinician capacity with complex insurance credentialing and revenue cycle timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate marketing and partnerships demand projections into BCBA headcount through forecasting strategy.
  • Lead workforce planning and staffing models to support assessments, client pairing, and ongoing service delivery.
  • Oversee analysts responsible for assessment scheduling and BCBA-to-client matching, ensuring coverage and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years in workforce planning, forecasting, or operations analytics; 2+ years of people leadership preferred.
  • Strong experience building forecasting models and staffing plans using historical trends and demand projections.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI/reporting tools and planning systems preferred.
