Operational Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Studio Operations professionals fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Drive operational consistency across Business Units by implementing governance and best practices.
- Act as the operational escalation point for complex staffing and delivery challenges.
Workforce Planning and Efficiency:
- Own workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity across multiple Business Units.
- Monitor studio health through capacity planning, workload distribution, and performance metrics.
- Support pre-sales solution design by translating customer requirements into scalable staffing models.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner with Studio Leaders, Project Managers, Account teams, and Creative teams to resolve operational issues.
- Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account teams.
- Use operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and inform business decisions.
