About The Position:

  • Reporting to the CRO, you'll lead the transition to a multi-product sales machine.
  • Your mission is to amplify sales velocity using AI and drive high-value engagements.
  • You will architect outbound excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Build the Multi-Product Muscle: Transition the team to a complex SaaS suite.
  • Architect Outbound Excellence: Build a sustainable, high-growth outbound motion.
  • Drive Activation & Velocity: Accelerate the sales cycle and optimize EOR consumption.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership: Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
  • Technical Sales DNA: Ability to lead a technical sale involving compliance and global labor laws.
  • Tooling Fluency: Expert-level experience with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
