What You Will Do:
- Build the Multi-Product Muscle: Transition the team to a complex SaaS suite.
- Architect Outbound Excellence: Build a sustainable, high-growth outbound motion.
- Drive Activation & Velocity: Accelerate the sales cycle and optimize EOR consumption.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of sales leadership: Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
- Technical Sales DNA: Ability to lead a technical sale involving compliance and global labor laws.
- Tooling Fluency: Expert-level experience with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
