Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Excellence Group is an integral role closely involved on providing strategic and financial insights to the Customer Org finance team by analyzing the P&L, topline, Spend and margin trends. The role will involve performing sophisticated financial analysis including deep dives into Bookings, revenue and GTM KPIs, supporting the planning/budgeting process, and performing other ad hoc analyses. This individual should be intellectually curious, is highly analytical and demonstrates the ability to partner and communicate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Build presentation materials and drive strategic analysis that supports recurring and ad-hoc projects that drive results and decision making Contribute to the financial planning process: support annual planning process, long-term strategic planning, and preparation of materials for the QBR Ensure all monthly and quarterly related reporting requirements and submissions to Global Customer & Partner Finance and Corp FP&A are met in a timely and accurate manner Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis, to senior management Perform Headcount analysis, demand and supply analysis of billable capacity. Direct cost analysis [headcount driven] at cost center/business unit level.
