Job Description
Lead the Account Management team to deliver predictable renewal and expansion success. Drive retention, growth, and account health by combining data-driven insights, strategic planning, and strong cross-functional alignment. Coach and develop Account Managers to uncover customer pain, build trust, sell on value, and close expansion opportunities, ensuring alignment with aggressive renewal and growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities include account strategy & growth and leadership of the Account Management Team.
Accountabilities and Metrics: Renewal Rate and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Expansion Pipeline, Forecast Accuracy, Executive Insights, Team Performance.
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts in a SaaS environment, with direct responsibility for renewal, expansion, and customer growth. Team Leadership experience is a must, ideally 5–10 direct reports. Demonstrated success working with R&D, Product, CX, Marketing, and Sales to drive account outcomes and influence organizational priorities.
