Jr. Channel Account Manager (Gusto Pro - Accountant Partnerships)

The Junior Account Manager will manage a high volume of emails and calls with Channel Partners and their Clients’ Customers, focusing on sales-related activities. You will also maintain a clean record of notes in Salesforce and leverage phone and email cadences to be a trusted advisor. Furthermore, you will educate Channel Partners about the partnership program and support Clients through their account setup and onboarding process. Demonstrate Customer empathy and effectively address Customer needs and concerns.
