University Recruitment Advisor - Clinician Recruitment

The University Recruitment Advisor is responsible for building and growing ATI Physical Therapy's university talent pipeline to set a strong foundation for sustainable growth for the company. This position implements strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality, diverse clinicians from universities that both support local talent needs as well as those that can supply strategic markets across ATI’s clinical service footprint. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician (PT, PTA, OT, ATC) to engage with students and aspiring clinicians! This is a remote position with exciting opportunities to travel for recruitment events across ATI Physical Therapy's nationwide footprint. This role requires the ability to travel up to 50%. We are seeking candidates with primary residence in AZ, CA, CO, NV, OR, SC, TX, or WA.
