- Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Use AI tools to streamline documentation, communication, and risk analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing customer-facing SaaS implementations or comparable technical projects.
- Demonstrated success managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent customer projects.
- Technical aptitude, excellent communication, and experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government or public-sector customers.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data migration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience creating implementation playbooks, automations, or dashboards.
What Success Looks Like:
- Customers receive proactive communication and are not surprised by risks or delays.
- Project status and dependencies remain accurate across 40+ active implementations.
- Reusable processes and AI-enabled workflows reduce administrative effort while improving delivery consistency.
