Role Overview:

  • Lead the vision for account functions across Movement Strategy and Newfangled Studios combined.
  • Own executive-level relationships and drive organic growth, new business, and strategic direction.
  • Build and develop a first-class account team, fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction and account service model, standardizing practices across all accounts.
  • Partner with finance to forecast revenue, protect margin, and expand scope of work.
  • Champion AI integration into account operations and client deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 18+ years managing large-scale client business in a social-first agency.
  • Deep fluency in social platforms, creator ecosystems, and social-first measurement.
  • 8+ years managing at least 4 direct reports with a track record of strong client relationships.
