Job Description

You will lead the end-to-end sales process for mid-market deals, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders to then negotiating contracts. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in physician-led networks, ambulatory clinics and digital health companies to implement pilot programs when necessary, measure their impact, and seamlessly transition successful pilots into long-term customer agreements. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively building pipeline through outreach efforts, consistently driving revenue growth while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. You will also formulate and execute account plans, working closely with customers to create roadmaps for the full deployment of Nabla and plan for future expansion. The role involves working cross functionally with product, implementation and support, legal, and marketing, to ensure the success of our customers and enable a cohesive customer experience. Influence Nabla’s product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback, ensuring alignment with market demands and represent Nabla at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed to promote our brand and generate leads. This position also requires providing regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to Nabla’s leadership.
