The Head of Growth will spearhead the growth narrative around the native token, designing and launching airdrop campaigns that reflect high-signal engagement. This role requires building relationships with strategic influencers and managing external agencies for content creation. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dashboards to measure user activity, growth funnel drop-off, and campaign performance, using data to refine campaigns and double down on what works. The candidate should be Twitter-native & Discord-savvy, a creative hustler, data-obsessed, and community-driven. A background of 5+ years in growth leadership is required.
