Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for Specialty Services in Instinct EMR.
- Triage urgent calls and process referral calls.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred; Minimum 1-2 years veterinary medical office experience required.
- Computer skills a must: Microsoft Office/Outlook/Instinct EMR system, Alcatel-Lucent Phone system Speed typing skills a must (40+wpm).
- Ability to provide consistent and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
