Work closely with customers to increase product and feature adoption, improve their online availability and ultimately grow their business through our partnership. Become a trusted adviser to our customers and influencing an ongoing retention of their business with us. Maintain an experienced level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers. Proactively incorporate company strategies into your work and constantly be on the lookout for opportunities to increase your impact with customers. Share and implement standard methodologies with members of the sales and restaurant relations team. Be highly visible and frequently face-to-face with our customers in the field. Stay current with organisational changes, initiatives, and vision. Work collaboratively with colleagues and key internal stakeholders.
