Own core HR operations. Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, immigration, payroll, and day-to-day people ops tasks. Support recruiting efforts. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience from application to offer. Be the first line of support. Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, answering questions and guiding them through policies, leave administration, and HR processes. Partner cross-functionally. Work with leadership on performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and other people program that drive a high-performing culture Level up the employee experience. Create thoughtful onboarding experiences and help foster a high-performing culture. Keep us compliant. Stay up to date with employment laws and ensure our policies and practices are up to standard across states.
