About The Opportunity:

  • Support Account Executives in identifying prospects' needs and align solutions to goals.
  • Prepare/deliver tailored demos showcasing writing assistance, tone detection, and AI.
  • Run POCs that build customer confidence and accelerate deal close.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer or in technical pre-sales for SaaS.
  • Previous experience selling into higher education (colleges, universities,or K-12).
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or API-based integrations.
