Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals in planning, design, development, deployment, and support of customer-facing applications.
- Manage software package evaluations, vendor selection, and implementation projects.
- Ensure reliable operational support and continuous improvement of digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of IT experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience with Agile frameworks and leading ceremonies.
- Knowledge of website and mobile application development, virtual agents, and OMNI Channel customer experience.
