Maven is seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Success Manager to join the Client Success team, focusing on supporting employer accounts introduced through Mavenβs channel partnerships. This role acts as a strategic adviser, project manager, and product expert, helping clients improve the benefits they reap from Mavenβs products and services.
As Client Success Manager, responsibilities include leading a portfolio of employer clients, maintaining high client engagement, collaborating with channel/payer partner client executives, and consulting clients on ways to better support their working parents. Additional responsibilities include converting clients into Maven advocates, managing client issues, providing strategic analysis of member engagement performance, and owning retention strategies.
