About The Role:
- Function as the CTO’s technical right hand to drive clarity and architectural alignment.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and security teams to advance initiatives.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure continuity between strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment across engineering teams.
- Drive strategic R&D initiatives including platform modernization and automation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems.
- Strong system architecture experience including API design and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven technical leadership in complex, high-scale, or security-sensitive environments.
