Senior Legal Counsel

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will support our current Head of Legal Operations in managing the Legal Operations department on an interim basis for The Adaptavist Group. This role will also deputise for the Head of Legal Operations from time to time, providing strategic and commercial legal guidance, overseeing corporate governance, and ensuring global compliance during this transitional period. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and other senior executives, as well as cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and product, to align legal strategy with the company’s business objectives. You'll oversee legal aspects of company operations, including governance of a complex global entity structure, risk management, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Finally, you'll temporarily manage a legal team of two direct reports, supporting the company’s growth and innovation while safeguarding its reputation and mitigating risks.
