Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Child Support curriculum and related programs.
- Deliver new and experienced worker training and on-site assistance to Child Support staff.
- Train policies, procedures, systems, and case management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least two years in Child Support or related programs.
- Strong communication, group presentation, and training skills.
- Knowledge of CARES, CWW, ACCESS, KIDS and training development tools.
Work Environment:
- Home office based in Wisconsin with limited statewide travel.
- Ability to work independently in a non-structured environment.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
