Job Description
We are seeking a remote Account Manager to join our team in Mexico. Responsibilities include cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects, meeting monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts. You will also focus sales efforts by using reports to analyze existing and potential sales understanding opportunities.
The role involves meeting all sales objectives, handling all aspects of completing a sale including paperwork, managing sales forecasts and prospects using company software, and producing weekly reports. In addition, the role requires resolving customersβ complaints, managing customer needs to build strong long-term relationships, and maintaining communication with long-term customers. The role also includes attendance in vendor training to increase product knowledge.
