CyberArk is looking for a sales enablement professional to join their fast-growing company that is recognized as an industry leader. The Go-to-Market Enablement team is looking for a Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement to take our sales team to the next level of productivity and success. The successful candidate will have experience with building sales skills for a solution-based go-to-market approach, underpinned by an outcome strategy that ensures customer value.
Core responsibilities include contribution to the overall Go-to-Market enablement strategy, collaboration with the Operations teams formalize success measures, design high impact programs for a global sales audience, partner with the Global Events team for the annual Global Kick Off, and support sales skill building for the CyberArk partner network. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed - estimated 25%.
