Zoom Phone Porting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end number porting requests, coordinating with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support India-specific workflows including KYC/KYB documentation and compliance.
• Troubleshoot porting fallout and technical issues, acting as an escalation point.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in number porting within the UK or EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of Local Number Portability (LNP), carrier systems, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
